Job Description Under the direction of the Director of Technology Support Services & Classroom Technology Manager, in conjunction with technical staff; assist in the maintenance and support of all InformationUniversity equipment, including Macintosh and Windows workstations, printers, peripherals, audio/visual equipment. This position will also mentor, train, schedule and support Information Technology's Student Technical Assistants. The Senior Student Technical Assistant will also have knowledge of the Student Technical Assistant position, and will assist the Classroom and Labs Coordinator with the equipment reservation process, classroom communication, event coordination for A.V. support, and other projects.
Job Requirements Must have strong inter-personal, organizational, customer service and instructional skills. The person must be detail-oriented, with the ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate clearly. The ability to lead and mentor others is essential. Previous experience and familiarity with Macintosh and Windows computers and software is helpful.
